woke up early this morning to go to the park...to fly kites. okay well i wanted to blade as well but forgot to bring them along...anyway kite flying was highly successful..the kite got so high up and so far...probably flew over jurong island even..haha yup and i uploaded a couple of pics of the kite..it was but a tiny dot in the sky...well later i was flying it over the water since the string kept getting caught in trees when flying over land and when i was winding the kite back, i was trying so hard to save it from dropping into the water and i fell. you know those little so called cliffs by the seaside? yeah..i fell off...i was moving back and suddenly felt myself fall backwards. thank God i fell on my side and not my back or my front or even knock my head! fell on the rocks and i was fine! except that my left side felt paralysed for a moment..my bro had to help me up and help me to walk..actually now my left side is still hurting..from the shoulder all the way down to my foot..and i think i injured my healing back cos its hurting too..but other than that i only have a couple of cuts and scratches..
anyway then had cheese prata for brunch and had to go home first to shower and change even though i was already an hour late, and then went to school...oh i miss school..went to practise our song for mich won'gs wedding...i will by the beatles..I LOVE THAT SONG!! [my bro just made me another cocktail haha]..and then later went to browse at kino for nearly 2 hours, had dinner..and then went home. hmmm i feel like going to fly my kite again tomorrow..haha. or i think i wanna go watch a show!! i still haven't watched love actually..and i wanna watch mona lisa smile and love me if you dare. actually i think i'm sunburnt..i have a weird tan on my face because of my silly shades and i even have a sandal tan too. seriously i didnt quite expect it to be so hot...ouch my skin hurts plus my back and left of me hurts from the fall too..so double ouch...
went shopping today...crossed the road to raffles city after church to go to robinsons...and i bought a new light jacket...its blue in colour. wanted to get this pair of shoes at marks and spencer..almostlike what i wanted...suede finish..but it cost $120 so maybe i'll just look for another that costs less...oh ya and the strange thing was that the place was quite quiet..*thank goodness* and i wonder..is it because there wasn't as much a post christmas sale there as there was elsewhere? anyway then was about to leave and i walked past bearyhip..one of my fav places cos of all the adorable stuffed toys they sell..and so i bought 2..both as pressies..but im gonna getmy mother to sponsor one of them...as my christmas present..heh heh..
hello i watched matchstick men last night..haha..just spent quite a bit of time designing me blog..looks rather good ehs..plus i changed its site...wanted to put it at hard-candy cos of the pic..but that name was already taken..sighs..ok and i bedda go now..my eyes are hurting..
and oh i almost forgot...i watched ROTK!!!!!!!!! a day after i got home...i wassss so excited i couldnt wait any longer and rushed down to book tix but they didnt have any available so i had to get it through the axs station..and thankfully i managed to get decent seats at marina for an afternoon show!! and while i was sstill in hanoi and watching cnn on the day rotk opened..they showed a clip from the show.the part where king theoden told aragorn "6000 spears..." and that was enough to get me up and jumping all over the room..okay not really..i didnt do that of course but i couldnt sleep that night imagining that some people had already watched the show and id still have to wait a few days more..anyway on the plane ride home i did something very rare..i ate airplane food!! but i ate it so slowly the steward thought i didnt like it and told me that if i wasnt enjoying the fish he could get me the chicken but of course i said it was ok..otherwise id have had to eat another whole thing..so i had the choc cake and salad which wasnt quite so bad and i at the same time i watched uptown girls..a brilliant show! dakota fanning is sooo adorable..and i also watched abit of ever after freaky friday and matchstick men..but i bought that so i decided to come home and watch it instead..they also had turn left turn right on the list but heard it was a stupid show so heck..anyway...right now im wanting to watch love actually--heard it was good..and im waiting for scary movie mona lisa smile and spiderman to open..and the last samurai which only hits the screens jan 22 next year..argh..but meanwhilei think i wanna go watch rotk again!!! its my yearly tradition to watch the lotr shows at least twice each time..because.....theyre simply AWESOME!!!!!! what say you?
just got back from church a while ago and today's message was on the true meaning of Christmas..its true that over the years the real meaning has been lost to all that rubbish about santa claus and all and xmas trees and presents and i felt quite guilty sitting in the pews today..oh well...but at least the star and the candy canes still have significance..all's not lost! and carolling brings good cheer..which btw i didnt get to go last night and my head was spinning from too many cocktails half filled with blue liqueur and gordon's gin that i bought for me bro from vietnam..it was hella cheap there..gordon's cost like..8 bucks and over here it costs what..40 and i also got him the smirnoff triple and whatever else rubbish i bought alot home for him..mostly under 20 bucks!! ha half the price of here...and u know a glass of johnnie walker gold in a cafe or bar there cost around a dollar only!!! i could have druhnk and drunk and drunk to my hearts content over there before coming back but of course nobody wants to over drink in a foreign country..
well yesterday was quite amusing..i did some last minute xmas shopping since i just got back anyway..first stop was ikea and i managed to get me bro to buy me a new side lamp for xmas on top of the present he said he'd already gotten..mwahaha and then we went to suntec..lee hwa..kalms..and also bought a new snow spray from one of the shops on the way..and then travelled to ps to buy ribbons from spotlight and unfortunately theyd run out of all the box sizes we needed..g2000 to buy a shirt and cardigan for me ma and pa, lunch..and then to carrefour to get groceries for the party/dinner..was walking round and round the silly mart looking for candles while me bro was just looking in one corner at the party utensils so i went to him and started complaining that we wouldnt be able to find candles when i spotted a whole lot of them silly things right in front of me..arghh...haha at the last minute i decided to buy the little pooh beannies as xmas pressies for those coming for the party and decided i'd just buy the rest later since i prob wouldnt be meeting them anytime soon..later my bro was trying to pay and his silly bill got declined..in front of the whole world and he was like..uh..uh..and of course then it was his little sister to the rescue..heh and we were supposed to buy the poor roasted chickens but the queue was so long we decided to go to cold storage kap..but we got there and they said we'd have to wait an hour..so we left and went to the rail mall and they told us the same so we just gave up..but later in the night my bro managed to get the chicken after all so we didnt have to starve an survive on the christmas ham =)
yoohoo!! happy christmas!! just finished ripping open all me little pressies sitting under the tree..hahaha
hey i just got home abt an hour ago and my dhl parcel that was supposed to come at 8 hasn't come yet! well well i didn't get to surf the net at all in hanoi cos..there hardly was any place and i had to walk around to the other side of the lake just to shop..hmmm haha well i bought a bag..some nice embroided one..and lets see..what else is there to talk about..i cant think! well but i think i just wanna go have dinner and watch winter sonata..amazing ive done without those shows for the time i was in vietnam..well well..anyway im going to start a travel log online so id probably write about the entire trip there...and oh btw, I LOVE VIETNAM!
hi yesterday i typed a really pleasant entry and was about to post it when the whole street here suffered a blackout so everything went off..well the guy was nice he just said nvm dont need to pay...argh jus ate snickers and i havent got water..darn well well im in nha trang already and its much warmer here but its a really cool seaside town with nice nice beaches...perfect for surfing diving swimming but unfortunately this time of the year isn't exactly the best or safest time for any of that
anyway guess what??!!! i rode a motorbike yesterday!!! around the city here..haha its great and you know there was a blackout right..i just said earlier..anyway my bro messaged me last night and told me that he was over at grandmother's house and they suffered from a blackout too!! haha such a coincidence..wow. well well today we took a boat out to the islands and went to see some pirate ship that was actually an aquarium inside..then we took the boat over to the next island and there was this whole sentosa-like beach and all that they had jetskiing parasailing and what not...i didnt do those though..too bad cos i didnt bring extra clothes...*sigh* and so i fell asleep on the beach chair under the shelter it was so windy i was freezing until i woke up and we went for lunch on another island...
at lunch we landed on this floating thingy..that kind where they keep the fish and then they put us on this raft like thing the kind that the sea ex pple made at obs and the little boy pulling the rope was such a handsome happy little boy..he was humming on the ride back..haha oh and i also got to sit and row in that little basket boat..those we saw flo and zach in tar trying to row around the river in..haha
back at the same place as last night surfing thenet again...and im drinking milk now. havent drunk milk in ages! but i have a feeling they put sugar in its sOo sweet...well went to so many places today and im so tired and i got such stupid batteries for my silly camera it sucks battery power like goodness knows what man. new batts needed every few pics taken so annoying and my stupid memory card ran out of space i had to upload the pics and put them on disc at some shop and cost me like 62.000VND which is almost 7 bucks! $(
oh forgot to add that i went for a haircut in hcmc on sat nite before i left and they gave me afree massage! suddenly started rubbing my face and oh gosh stretching my silly skin i was SO terrified but thankfully it was a lady doing it and not a man..then she massaged my shoulders which was so tickly..did i mention that i went for foot reflexology too whoa tt one was good...
anyway went for a walk ard the lake juz now and been doing so much walking here and there up and down the mountains these days i think its actually doing my stupid back good. i mean those silly physios and all that never help i think walking and sleeping on hard floor with no pillow helps alot but of course i dont do that..the weathers getting colder i think and hanoi below 10d.c but tomorrow up to nha trang its not supposed to be and going sea bathing so it bedda not be but it feels good to have that cold wind and all that on my face again..just like the good old days of young
ello im in dalat now! and the weather here is alot cooler than in hcmc...abt 12 degrees celsius. well it took us almost a whole day to get here stopped by one of the small towns to have lunch with my dad's friend and then all the way here oh and we also stopped by to see a waterfall..nice..haha. fell asleep on the way but woke just in time to see the sign board welcome to dalat..of course it was in vietnamese haha.
okay first thing i bought here was..a hat. yes a hat and i already bought one in hcmc..so that one has saigon on it and this one has da lat on it looks like im going to be back with a whole lot of hats and t-shirts..mMm..
anyway im now in an internet cafe and having ice cream..in this weather whooohoo..haha and i get the chance to check my mail and surf the net again..its great!!! :) okay im going to check friendster now..haha
but now just a few minutes later i hear A LOT of shouting and honking in the streets
ive got the red vietnam band tied around my head now and the flag by my side..vietnam lost thailand in football! argh..so sad...i was so happy when they scored an equalizer in the last 3 minutes but that stupid new golden goal rule for extra time..damn it!
anyway its been so difficult to find a cheap internet centre..finally found this place but have to do a fair bit of walking around the back of the hotel and a few streets down to get here..well vietnam is hell of a busy place everyone's on a motorbike..and to cross the road, you gotta step in the middle and slowly inch your way across and theyll avoid you..how cool is that..
visited the war remnants musuem today and the stories and pictures they haave are really saddening--a war which shouldnt have been..the weather here is freaking hot..okay its almost the same as singapores but i travel up to dalat sunday and sinceits the highlands there its supposed to be cool..
damn damn if only vietnam won id be screaming on the streets and trying to fit in with the vietnamese..the tv showed the whole stadium ..quiet when the thai guy scored the golden goal which is soooo sad..but anyway theyll still be riding by my hotel all night long making lotsa patriotic noise but not as much as if theyd won..*deep sigh*...........
sigh..............suddenly don't know what to say now...
just got home and at first i thought my mother was mad at me she refused to pick up all my calls and so i had to cut my day short and rush home...but then..she isn't home! and then i tried calling her mobile phone but she cut my call..sigh then later she called back sounding rather angry and...argh i dunno laaaargh and then suddenly she called back again and didn't sound angry anymore?? hais...i mean i didn't do anything wrong...though i was supposed to be back for dinner early..argh
anyway today i met weifen at ard 1030 at ps to embark on our movie marathon...was feeling a bit anxious that we may not get tix for the show at 1110 and i couldnt book cos i dont have a credit card..so i wanted meet early..and when i got there she hadnt reached..take it asmy second time this year that im early and not late...think the post exam period is doing me good so hopefully i can get rid of my reputation for being late soon...yes so then i realised i only had like 5 bucks with me and tried booking at the stupid axs station cos can pay with nets but the stupid machine only gave the 1520 session to be available so i panicked and ran down 7 storeys to the silly cash machine and then weifen met me there and we went up to book the tickets..and you know what..we had no trouble at all with the stupid seats...so much for rushing and all that rubbish..and we had like 20 mins to spare so we played played the silly ddr which was making so much noise since the silly place was empty at that hour...got a big bag of popcorn hoping that it could last the whole day but it didn't.. and the show lasted sooo long like it really made our lousy $$ worth every cent!! and by the way the show was lotr fellowship of the ring extended version..like all in all 208 mins, so our plan was upset abit we got out at like 1445 and booked the 1450 show for brother bear and that show was like..what 80 mins but the bears were so cuddly and adorable..and there were so many kids chuckling..
so we ended at 1630 and got a mossie burger and i had to go cos i was supposed to meet sarah at JURONG pt originally at four but had to postpone abit..so our glorious plan for a 4 movie marathon was cut to 2..took the mrt down and i almost got lost in the city hall interchange..like taking the silly escalator up and down to find which stupid train was heading in the boon lay direction..i mean i barely take the train right...then i met sarah there and we went shopping..shopping tried this gio jeans that was going at half price but the cutting was so weird so didnt buy it then we made a stop at practically every shop..okay..those that had DISCOUNTz i was actually only looking for shoes and a jacket but ended up looking at everything..hmm then we got to world of sports finally...saw this pair of cat shoes that looked pretty smart and would go with my cargos but looked ard and saw this red pair of elle shoes i wanted to get that for my mom but wasnt too sure abt her foot size..so we marked the shop and decided we'd be back later but of course i never really got a chance to go back bla bla bla...
anyway i finished watching love greeting this morning and managed to catch a couple of hours sleep b4 meeting fen well the ending was kinda...sigh.....for now i think thats it the end of my late nights spent on korean dramas id better get some proper rest before i leave cos i wanna wake up extra early to pack properly i wouldnt want to be doing my usual style of throwing-into-the-bag kind of packing this time to make sure i dont leave out anything impt..well though my mom bought all about eve yesterday for me to watch but im so fed up cos that show doesnt come in korean in any version at all...right i think i'll go grab something to eat now...
ooh clever me got a shot at taking the wheel today to drive! we were in a remote carpark haha...illegal ehs but all i got to do was grab the wheel, touch the accelerator gently and i had the car rev..and that was enough for my mom to freak out so of course that was the end of my adventure..haha well well well one of the items on my christmas wish list this year is to get a rockingchair!!! hahaha that'll be so cool...though my room wouldnt have space for it...hmm ah we've more or less taken out all the xmas decorations and put them up already...but the most ironic thing is that everything but the tree is out...haha well i suppose i'll set it up tomorroww if i feel like it...whoooo 5 more days to the land of the seagames..haha cant wait i hope i can get tickets for a.gym so i can go see youzi..but i wonder if that event is in ho chi minh or hanoi..if its in hanoi...argh too bad i wont be in time to get to see her...ive pretty much been doing some reading up on the place...been flipping through the lonely planet guide its looks a little bit older than before...haha i tend to keep things looking new...hmmm and i guess i now know quite a fair bit on the place...hey you know actually being an armchair traveller really isnt too bad 1)you get to save more energy from moving about and 2)you save money on the airfares!! haha well but i do suppose nothings like seeing the place with yer own eyes ehs...ooh ouch my back is aching...this chair is making me sit so straight cos its so...upright...unlike the sofa in the living room which ive practically made my second bed...all ive been doing is sitting and lying there..(slouching...)..in all kinds of positions...well i have to admit that i am one big fat couch potato..watching korean dramas day and night..except for the times when im at the comp..which is like now..but right afte this i'll be heading straight back to the tv..! and thats a good reason why my eyesight is going...going...well on second thoughts maybe i should go to sleep after this and rest my eyes? was a good girl last night and listened to my mother and slept early..slept at 1 and woke at 9!! argh 8 hours of wasting my time and no korean shows??!! but naaw...think after this i'll still be watching tv after all..im now watching love greeting..bay yong jun and kim ji ho...ooh i tell u the dubbing for the show is real bad..as in really bad...its total silence until somebody opens his/her mouth..so i have no choice but to watch it in korean..in which thereare no eng or china subtitles..so really what am i watching..oh but youll be surprised..i DO understand whats going on!! heeeheee...oh well..mm i wanna watch the last samurai and love actually..
just got back from watching master and commander again!! hahaha wow its great man!! haha oooh is there a sequel to it?? i like mr pulling--if his name's spelt like that...anyway i finally finished watching glass shoes this evening!! super wonderful show man...anyone who hasnt watched it has to watch it now!!! whooo im off to learn the korean language when i get back from vacation...can't wait woohoo!

the o's are OVER!!! yes yes! hahaha..like finally!!! anyway ive been doing so many things...i practically forgot this blog even existed...until i got on our shared blog..yay ive got so many things i wanna say..but im quite tired now even after an extremely long rest! got home from mandarin yesterday after lunch with my taiwan buncha friends and yuhui and fernie at suntec..around 5. and i headed straight for my bed..and i fell asleep. in my clothes shoes socks..everything! tell u my mom would have killed me if she wasnt feeling so sorry for the tired me...haha anyway yes i fll asleep almost right away until this morning when i woke at abt 9..haha ahhh thank goodness i showered yesterday before leaving the hotel..otherwise id be a freagin stink by now..hahaha ah i dont know where to start...
okay i finished my last paper last last friday in the afternoon man it was really the last of the last papers..we tore up our entryproofs outside the hall..haha ooh earlier in the morning i was still dying when van and i were busy mugging at macs and then weifen and xiao fang were happily pigging out next to us and talking about where they were gonna go..haha..ah yes so when i finished that freaking paper (in which i didn't know how to do one of the essays cos i forgot the stupid guidelines or whatever it was) i went to meet sarahh and walked around just to take a breather...before meeting weifernie and being their housemaids and taking their orders and buying dinner back for them at school..and we met them all on the way and walked all the way to shangrila..oooh haha the rehearsal was so damn funny everyone was wincing at the sound of the music from the song..hahaha and there i was being very thankful..that for the first time in my life being thankful that i had that last exam so i skipped all the previous practices..haaaha. well then after that i went for supper with toni and weifen at wisma where fern wanted to buy her dress...her mom picked out this really nice one but she didnt want it so she bought the toga one..and then we sat down for coleslaw. got a call that my bro was it was reaching so we went up to wait at the taxi stand...but he hadnt reached..so we crossed the road and waited...for like 15 minutes...like really..he was reaching indeed and he called again asking where were we..aand turns out that he had been waiting in the corner for abt 15 minutes too so we were actually waiting for each other..hahaha well the next morning i met celest and fern at city hall mrt and had breakfast at cafe cartel then we crossed the road to church..cathedral cos we were there early to usher...i mean for clara chow's wedding...well there was another wedding on and they were singing one of my favourite songs--here i am to worship...well then pple started coming after that wedding ended...ooh it was quite messy and they even forgot the what you call that..cards? brochureS? ah whatever but i was so nice...haha after the wedding we and we made our way to shang to prepare and (ooh my bro just got home..and he told me sentosa fired him..) to continue we did our performance..and ohhh clara chow's wedding pics are REALLY nice! ah b4 i forget..let me say this..got back and realised hotmail changed its design again?!! now i hafta get used to it again..um anyway after that celestin ditched fern and i so we jsut went out on our own..the 2 of us..let me see ahh we walked ard ps checked out the show times but none suitable so we went oppto play pool ooh we took photos with love 2 diff ones with me and fen at diff positions to superimpose and print out for her wedding..haha man we waited for more than an hour for the stupid billiard table thinking we'll get it sooner but those guys just played and played on so we took the silly pool table later which we got so much faster by then we were so freagin hungry we played a grand total of 3 games and left..so much for waiting so long..we had a rice burger each and went home..haha
sunday i was 15 minutes late for church argh but anyway then had breakfast at sentosa beach delifrance haha with the monorail right on top of us..okay not really on top..but real near..then after that i went to meet yilin whui and sarah at ps..again..what rubbish did we do?? just hung around...we went back to far east and took a silly neoprint wo sarah cos she was going for her nanhua dinner or something at Neptune..watch you know what..haha..well then we jsut sat at long johns forever and talked alot..of rubbish..monday we had to go back to school to get back our report books and stuff for the silly pae and they still hadnt removed that silly time for our exam on friday..it was still on the board..haha. well then i went out with me nanyang frens..yilin choon synyi bernice mel char got dragged to novena square cos synyi wanted to get her dress..haha nothing was open there and we didnt wanna eat fast food so we had fish and co and we just kept ordering all the fishies..i mean like duh..haha what i think the bill came up to almost a hundred..for a few silly mouthfuls of fish...wanted to go up to visit the spa later but didnt have time we went back to orchard..wait i cant remember what we did ah yes we went to ps..AGAIN and walked ard ard ard that was left with us choon yilin we were so bored we went to get extensions and then kenneth came to meet us..yilin wento buy a shirt choon bought pants and i didnt buy anything..phew thought i wanted to buy both yilins shirt and choons pants..haha
on tues i spent the entire morning watching glass shoes which btw i started watching on friday night...and in the afternoon i went to meet fern and i got a silly second hole which i just removed the stud yesterday cos i got sick of it oh my gosh the stud was so freaking fat i hope the hole can still close..ah then we watched the matrix revolutions and surprisingly the cinema was still quite packed tho the shows quite old already..but the weird thing was that the whole row of seats next to me about 5 seats were empty so in the middle we were freezing our asses off and i just lifted up all the arm rests and stretched my legs out..haha ooh the show was so mushyyyy esp when trinity died and neo was still whining away while back in zion or wherever they were depeneding on him to end the war to live and there he was wasting time..and oh..my macho guy i came to like in that show died too..hahaa whoops did this entry have a spoiler warning?>anyway what did we do after that..ahh i went to buy cloth from spotlight to make my top for prom..and this silly piece that cost me 15bucks for just one metre which i ended up not even using..well i bought it just cosit was from korea..haha darn ah yes i met my mom after that for dinner shopped ard abit more and then went home to watch guess waht again...haha ah on wed i got up late and starting throwing stuff into my bag..which is what i call packing..took an express bus all the way to kallang then took the mrt to tanah merah to meet them..but i was like 3o mins late and so they missed the bus..i mean we missed the bus waited one whole hour for the silly shuttle and almost couldnt get on cos there was this other bunch of girls heading for the same chalet...well later we checked in and fern and i were singing our heads off into the microphones and i finally learnt how to play majong from my now shifu celestine!haha so if i grow up to become a gambler i know who to look for..wellthen we went back to bedok to shop for groceries at the supermart and on the way we walked through these shops selling all kinds of food under some big tent ooh it so remindedd me of the good times in taiwan with all the stores by the roadside so i bought some food and an egg..hahaha yin came to meet us and on the way back there was this horrible stench and later realised it was durian..never realised it smelt that bad!! haha okay what in the night weifen and i got our heads wrapped in towels and all that stuff with the dye and all and played majong...felt like a classic taitai like those you always hear about ehs??haha that night after that was one of the first nights i got more than3 hrs sleep i suppose but anyway you know when youve been sleeping so little you cant really sleep? so i couldnt sleep anymore and woke up at 7 and socky was already awake!! haha we jsut sat there munching fun buns and watching the tele pple started waking up and we played majong again..haha its so addictive and then we found 2 little kittens and named them dy and dx the brown one was dy cos it was always crawling on top of dx..haha they were being abused by some kidos outside and their eyes werent even open yet and the kids had already touched them all over..high chance that the mother wouldnt want them otherwise she would prob have come back for them..anyway so i got a little advice from my aunt to feed them with dilute condensed milk..we went bowling later and met this posed mg girl and how did we know that..she was wearing mg shorts..haha..well i went kayaking with fern and yuhui later and we were jsut lying in the middle of the sea on our single kayaks and let the sea push us out further and furhter...haha and we woke to realise we were really quite far out but were comforted when we saw some sailors eeven further out..haha ah but then we started itching all over so we got yuhui to hold our kayaks while 2 of us jumped into the water...actually fearing what was in that deep sea water..but we got out alive anyway..then....black clouds formed above us really fast and it started to rain and hello we were so far out we panicked and kayaked for our livesss!! the wind was so strong and blowing against us and so were the silly waves..and we had to take turns using the silly left hand oar the guy gave us by mistake..and anwyay by the time we gotwithin like 50m of the place the silly clouds had been blown away and it was only drizzling..hahaha but anyway we got out and returned the jackets and since the silly sign on the toilet said for members only we were showering in the open with the hose that was supposed to be used for washing the life jackets..and when that silly guy who refused to help us carry the kayaks saw us he went oh for goodness sake pleaseuse the toiletss! haha sowe didand we walked back to safra dripping wet oh we saw a bride taking pictures..haha and they so got chased out of the place..haha we had the bbq later and played majong with julie koh..haha twice..tintin and fernie gamed..hahaooh and i created something new...barbequed eggs!! haha i cracked the egg on a piece of foil and put it over the fire..haha..watched the bachelor and mind your lang found out that barry evans already passed away..man..anyway im so glad andrew picked jen...haha and she was so soo cute...she totally didnt expect to be the one..haha and she was thrilled when he proposed..haha..
played majong till bout 3 with tin tin knocked out on the chair next to the noisy majong table and toni asleep too on the couch then we went up to the bedroom and just sat and talked about food and were wondering where we could possibly get food at such an hour..haha wenqing suggested macs at kallang which was stupid..haha so in the end we hired to cabs and got a ride our to changi airport at 4..with van celest sock charlina yinyin wenqing..haha yuhui toni and fernie stil snoring in the chalet..haha ooh we paid like 20+bucks for that short ride...had breakfast at bk and saw this group of clementi sec school pple and i thought they were goonna fly so i talked to them and found out that they were there for games...games at that unearthly hour??!! hahaha...so after eating we were all so damned drowsy and went up to the viewing hall and just sat there again..a couple of backpackers were there sleeping also so i joined them in lala land..woke at half past 5 and the sky was lightening but went back to sleep and woke at 6..and we took the skytrain over to terminal 2..haha and had a cup of peppermint tea at starbucks..but that lovely comfy armchair felt sooo good compared to the cold hard floor at the viewing gallery that i fell asleep again..haha and woke at bout 7 i think drank up my tea saw a couple of ny girls in fbts!! werent they cold but anyway i recognised one of them as my ping pong team mate from nyps..and charli bunnys driver came at about 9..toni and yuhui and fen were already awake and dy and dx had made it through the night then we packed up and checked out..and took a train back...got home and watched my korean showw again but fell asleep on the sofa..hahawoke about an hour later and i cant remember what i did...ah yes i had dinner with my family..first time in a very long time..
the next day i did lotsa shopping with my mom!! haha went to raffles city ooh had lunch at cafecartel first to stock up energy..hahaha...went to marks and spencer bought christmas cards though it wasnt meant to be a day for christmas shopping my mom bought some denim skirt i wanted this knitted shirt top but it was pink and too bright..plus according to my mom she said i alredy had one like it..then we walked ard and did a lot of rubbish here and there sat down for a cup of hot coffee and i had a latte and i got some cash back from my mom and put it into my bank..there were these 2 girls in the line in front of me who were marvelling at the cash deposit machine the took so damn long i was rather pissed but since i was there it meant that i was no longer broke..id spent 200bucks in a week!! and i wonder really on what rubbish..probably food i supposed..haha..later at robinsons and saw some other girls buying dresses prob for prom haha but i didnt get any dress in the end...on sun we had breakfast at hans and then sent my dad off at the airport and my bro couldnt get out of the carpark because the lousy ticket couldnt be read..so they just kindly let us out without the silly ticket..haha and he sent himself to sentosa and then my mom drove instead and sent me to mandarin to check in. glory oh glory i was early for the first time!! was so surprised and rather worried when i reached and didnt see anyone i was supposed to meet..haha we checked in got a room on the 22 storey whooo and had lunch at marche...later much to my horror i realised id forgotten to bring sooo many things because i did my throw into the bag packing again that morning cos i was late for church again...i forgot to bring: a bag, shoes, earrings, towel, toothpaste, a backup top, charger...lots more but what was super horrifying were those that i needed for the dinner itself..so we shopped and i bought shoes and earrings and why how on earth did i come to owe celest 20 bucks..but anyway we still decided to watch a show that night...and i didnt even get to experience using my ezlink card to pay for the ticket at cine cos even my poor ezlink was out of money..we got back and i took out the cloth intending to start working on the top i had meant to start on earlier...but ended up watching tv..rush hour with van while celest fern and charlina went out to get dinner...later we went for our show and weifen was whining how comfortable she was under the bed covers and wish she hadnt bought hte show tickets..haha we went..MAster in commander i think thats what the show was called..well it was AWESOME!!! so cool it managed to pull me back from sleep twice!! i dozed off when they talked but the canons just kept waking me up and once i woke my eyes were just glued to the screen and i was just pinned to the seat though i was freezing and the seats couldnt provide much insulation..so the cold and the excitement from the show made me shiver throughout...hahaha...well we got back and i really have no idea what we did but again i managed to get i think 5 hours sleep i think
woke up and went for breakfast at delifrance and had to go for the pagaent rehearsal then after that we waited for like 45 mins for the housekeeping pple to bring a bath towel it was so ridiculous van called them up and said exactly that..hahaa then we went to her mom's salon and did our hair...and esp for me she just did some really crazy thing haha i got the beads and braids i wanted..we hailed a cab back and by 6 id only started panicking cos my top was still ...non-existant..haha ooh and i ended up just weaing one of the skirts i bough the other day...anyway i was still without a top and mdm yeo came into our room!!! well she was jsut there to shower so anyway i jsut wrapped myself with the cloth i had and draped the shiny one over and tied a knot to keep it there...haha and that was it..my creation in just 15 minutes..hahaha...sewed on press starts and pinned the fabric underneath to make sure it wouldnt fall off..esp on stage..haha then choon hwee came up in her yellow star out fit to rehearse but i had to go down..well i was running up and down from the room to the lobby, lobby to ballroom back and forth..met my bro and friends...he got me the oranges i needed for my performance..haha and a flower..so sweet ehs..cough cough..anyway met so many people tt laughed at me..haha and i just covered my face..how embarrassing...i mean if whoever was in what i was...would have felt the same i guess..looked a lot like batman or dracula...totally not according to the silly starry starry night theme like i meant it to be...later i went up to get van's stuff cos she was really late and i was waiting in the lobby with yuxuan that i met she just got back from turkey..haha well we were just standing ard..btw yuxuan looked great man..hhaha...well i saw a couple of sec 3s who crashed and i wondered why i never even thought of paying my seniors a visit last year...haha...and later at the ballroom i saw huiqing aand the sec 3 choir pple who were there to perform...oh my gosh guess what...they got us to take the sec 4 class chair photo as we were...my gosh...its gonna be in the yearbook..i shall forever need to hide my face..anyway later they had these free glamour shots by the side..so weifen and i went to get ours done..and collected it at suntec yesterday..haha...well my performance was horridd..hahaha well i did it with choon of course..but i was stuffing myself for the first time that night the food was great..even the *sniffs* cruel sharksfin which i felt so guilty eating..yes anyway i was still stuffing myself when they called my name for the silly question and answer session...and there i was not listening and they said my name again and i ran all the way backstage and up the stage..without my shoes...then it was choon's turn, and then we did our variety show item--rap, juggling, q&a, and corny joke.and we wished the judges gong xifa cai with the oranges we juggled and ran off..hahaha...dangs we did jsut that...we settled on what to do just abt 10 mins before the actual performance okay...haha..took a whole lot of pictures...and then after everything went back to our room...hung ard abit..and i could get a shirt on because of my hair so of course i went to wash everything off but it was so hard i lost so much hair..i mean not like i havent already been losing enough hair...im gonna go bald soon man...finally got everything off except for the braids and beads which i still have on...and then got into normal clothes...and we went down for swensons at abt 3..had fries and a banana split..then my 205 gang came along...ooh they were celebrating shona's bday so i went over to their table...haha well well btw yuxuan and i were wearing our bedroom slippers from the hotel...haha and we walked over to cheers at cine and the floor was wet i think they prob just washed it, and both of us went whoa and slipped together and that was unintentional if u please..but thank goodness whoever was behind us caught us..hahaha...bought my beloved milk or wasthat the night before..haha ah yes saw virginia..she came too..haha...ooh yes and i saw stars again..the first time in a long time was at the chalet...i guess i cant see any from my place and anywhere these days cos theyre always drowned out by the city lights...and we went up and pigged out and i downed the silly tiger i used for the performance and 3 little piggies were on the bedS so we had no space for the rest and 11 storeys down eug ong and yuhui fell asleep so toni angela and yuxuan were locked out..angela as usual ran around in her nightie without her..ahem and went some other friends room while toni and xuan joined us...we were on the floor and i was trying to pull the bed covers from the bed next to me all night..haha all i know is that i was freezing...haha...well then the next morning we checked out and put our stuff in angela's room...had brunch over at taka and then fern me and xuan got our stuff from the hotel and alll of us went to suntec for a second round..lunch. fernie and i were eating from all the sample booths at carrefour..haha i got an oreo cheesecake from sweet recipes and we sat down in a corner and ate our buys we collected out glam shots and then i went home...but made a stop at the esplanade lib first to look for theres no biz like show biz scores..haha forgot to see if they had any new dvds in their catalogue...hmmm i think the rest went to kbox to sing...yup i got home and fell asleep right away until this morning...such a pity that i wore the bedroom slippers from the hotel out onto the streets and everywhere..otherwise i could have used them...and not need to buy a new pair..haha..oh well i need to decorate my room for christmas already!! its only 22 more days and im leaving in a week so that leaves me with so little time..plus i still wanna do up an album for last years taiwan trip...haha ooh and i wanna go watch my korean show now..haha..its a miracle ive done without it for 3 days now..i foresee im going to cry alot im already onto the fifth disc from the end..i was crying on the first disc already and the second too so i supposed one can imagine how immensely sad this show is...and i should try and control myself..my eyesight is going..the other day i turned on the teletext to check the showtimes and i was shocked that it was blurred!! well well...maybe i should wear my glasses when i watch tv then?? but then i think im becoming long sighted too cos im having trouble reading my books and all..im quite sure all this trouble with my eyes wasnt caused by the long hours at the comp (which i havent been at for a long time) and long hours of tv, but from the long hours of studying..!! argh...haha..okay im off to crying-watching time...
woke up early this morning to go to the park...to fly kites. okay well i wanted to blade as well but forgot to bring them along...anyway kite flying was highly successful..the kite got so high up and so far...probably flew over jurong island even..haha yup and i uploaded a couple of pics of the kite..it was but a tiny dot in the sky...well later i was flying it over the water since the string kept getting caught in trees when flying over land and when i was winding the kite back, i was trying so hard to save it from dropping into the water and i fell. you know those little so called cliffs by the seaside? yeah..i fell off...i was moving back and suddenly felt myself fall backwards. thank God i fell on my side and not my back or my front or even knock my head! fell on the rocks and i was fine! except that my left side felt paralysed for a moment..my bro had to help me up and help me to walk..actually now my left side is still hurting..from the shoulder all the way down to my foot..and i think i injured my healing back cos its hurting too..but other than that i only have a couple of cuts and scratches..
anyway then had cheese prata for brunch and had to go home first to shower and change even though i was already an hour late, and then went to school...oh i miss school..went to practise our song for mich won'gs wedding...i will by the beatles..I LOVE THAT SONG!! [my bro just made me another cocktail haha]..and then later went to browse at kino for nearly 2 hours, had dinner..and then went home. hmmm i feel like going to fly my kite again tomorrow..haha. or i think i wanna go watch a show!! i still haven't watched love actually..and i wanna watch mona lisa smile and love me if you dare. actually i think i'm sunburnt..i have a weird tan on my face because of my silly shades and i even have a sandal tan too. seriously i didnt quite expect it to be so hot...ouch my skin hurts plus my back and left of me hurts from the fall too..so double ouch...

went shopping today...crossed the road to raffles city after church to go to robinsons...and i bought a new light jacket...its blue in colour. wanted to get this pair of shoes at marks and spencer..almostlike what i wanted...suede finish..but it cost $120 so maybe i'll just look for another that costs less...oh ya and the strange thing was that the place was quite quiet..*thank goodness* and i wonder..is it because there wasn't as much a post christmas sale there as there was elsewhere? anyway then was about to leave and i walked past bearyhip..one of my fav places cos of all the adorable stuffed toys they sell..and so i bought 2..both as pressies..but im gonna getmy mother to sponsor one of them...as my christmas present..heh heh..

and oh i almost forgot...i watched ROTK!!!!!!!!! a day after i got home...i wassss so excited i couldnt wait any longer and rushed down to book tix but they didnt have any available so i had to get it through the axs station..and thankfully i managed to get decent seats at marina for an afternoon show!! and while i was sstill in hanoi and watching cnn on the day rotk opened..they showed a clip from the show.the part where king theoden told aragorn "6000 spears..." and that was enough to get me up and jumping all over the room..okay not really..i didnt do that of course but i couldnt sleep that night imagining that some people had already watched the show and id still have to wait a few days more..anyway on the plane ride home i did something very rare..i ate airplane food!! but i ate it so slowly the steward thought i didnt like it and told me that if i wasnt enjoying the fish he could get me the chicken but of course i said it was ok..otherwise id have had to eat another whole thing..so i had the choc cake and salad which wasnt quite so bad and i at the same time i watched uptown girls..a brilliant show! dakota fanning is sooo adorable..and i also watched abit of ever after freaky friday and matchstick men..but i bought that so i decided to come home and watch it instead..they also had turn left turn right on the list but heard it was a stupid show so heck..anyway...right now im wanting to watch love actually--heard it was good..and im waiting for scary movie mona lisa smile and spiderman to open..and the last samurai which only hits the screens jan 22 next year..argh..but meanwhilei think i wanna go watch rotk again!!! its my yearly tradition to watch the lotr shows at least twice each time..because.....theyre simply AWESOME!!!!!! what say you?

just got back from church a while ago and today's message was on the true meaning of Christmas..its true that over the years the real meaning has been lost to all that rubbish about santa claus and all and xmas trees and presents and i felt quite guilty sitting in the pews today..oh well...but at least the star and the candy canes still have significance..all's not lost! and carolling brings good cheer..which btw i didnt get to go last night and my head was spinning from too many cocktails half filled with blue liqueur and gordon's gin that i bought for me bro from vietnam..it was hella cheap there..gordon's cost like..8 bucks and over here it costs what..40 and i also got him the smirnoff triple and whatever else rubbish i bought alot home for him..mostly under 20 bucks!! ha half the price of here...and u know a glass of johnnie walker gold in a cafe or bar there cost around a dollar only!!! i could have druhnk and drunk and drunk to my hearts content over there before coming back but of course nobody wants to over drink in a foreign country..
well yesterday was quite amusing..i did some last minute xmas shopping since i just got back anyway..first stop was ikea and i managed to get me bro to buy me a new side lamp for xmas on top of the present he said he'd already gotten..mwahaha and then we went to suntec..lee hwa..kalms..and also bought a new snow spray from one of the shops on the way..and then travelled to ps to buy ribbons from spotlight and unfortunately theyd run out of all the box sizes we needed..g2000 to buy a shirt and cardigan for me ma and pa, lunch..and then to carrefour to get groceries for the party/dinner..was walking round and round the silly mart looking for candles while me bro was just looking in one corner at the party utensils so i went to him and started complaining that we wouldnt be able to find candles when i spotted a whole lot of them silly things right in front of me..arghh...haha at the last minute i decided to buy the little pooh beannies as xmas pressies for those coming for the party and decided i'd just buy the rest later since i prob wouldnt be meeting them anytime soon..later my bro was trying to pay and his silly bill got declined..in front of the whole world and he was like..uh..uh..and of course then it was his little sister to the rescue..heh and we were supposed to buy the poor roasted chickens but the queue was so long we decided to go to cold storage kap..but we got there and they said we'd have to wait an hour..so we left and went to the rail mall and they told us the same so we just gave up..but later in the night my bro managed to get the chicken after all so we didnt have to starve an survive on the christmas ham =)

hey i just got home abt an hour ago and my dhl parcel that was supposed to come at 8 hasn't come yet! well well i didn't get to surf the net at all in hanoi cos..there hardly was any place and i had to walk around to the other side of the lake just to shop..hmmm haha well i bought a bag..some nice embroided one..and lets see..what else is there to talk about..i cant think! well but i think i just wanna go have dinner and watch winter sonata..amazing ive done without those shows for the time i was in vietnam..well well..anyway im going to start a travel log online so id probably write about the entire trip there...and oh btw, I LOVE VIETNAM!

hi yesterday i typed a really pleasant entry and was about to post it when the whole street here suffered a blackout so everything went off..well the guy was nice he just said nvm dont need to pay...argh jus ate snickers and i havent got water..darn well well im in nha trang already and its much warmer here but its a really cool seaside town with nice nice beaches...perfect for surfing diving swimming but unfortunately this time of the year isn't exactly the best or safest time for any of that
anyway guess what??!!! i rode a motorbike yesterday!!! around the city here..haha its great and you know there was a blackout right..i just said earlier..anyway my bro messaged me last night and told me that he was over at grandmother's house and they suffered from a blackout too!! haha such a coincidence..wow. well well today we took a boat out to the islands and went to see some pirate ship that was actually an aquarium inside..then we took the boat over to the next island and there was this whole sentosa-like beach and all that they had jetskiing parasailing and what not...i didnt do those though..too bad cos i didnt bring extra clothes...*sigh* and so i fell asleep on the beach chair under the shelter it was so windy i was freezing until i woke up and we went for lunch on another island...
at lunch we landed on this floating thingy..that kind where they keep the fish and then they put us on this raft like thing the kind that the sea ex pple made at obs and the little boy pulling the rope was such a handsome happy little boy..he was humming on the ride back..haha oh and i also got to sit and row in that little basket boat..those we saw flo and zach in tar trying to row around the river in..haha

back at the same place as last night surfing thenet again...and im drinking milk now. havent drunk milk in ages! but i have a feeling they put sugar in its sOo sweet...well went to so many places today and im so tired and i got such stupid batteries for my silly camera it sucks battery power like goodness knows what man. new batts needed every few pics taken so annoying and my stupid memory card ran out of space i had to upload the pics and put them on disc at some shop and cost me like 62.000VND which is almost 7 bucks! $(
oh forgot to add that i went for a haircut in hcmc on sat nite before i left and they gave me afree massage! suddenly started rubbing my face and oh gosh stretching my silly skin i was SO terrified but thankfully it was a lady doing it and not a man..then she massaged my shoulders which was so tickly..did i mention that i went for foot reflexology too whoa tt one was good...
anyway went for a walk ard the lake juz now and been doing so much walking here and there up and down the mountains these days i think its actually doing my stupid back good. i mean those silly physios and all that never help i think walking and sleeping on hard floor with no pillow helps alot but of course i dont do that..the weathers getting colder i think and hanoi below 10d.c but tomorrow up to nha trang its not supposed to be and going sea bathing so it bedda not be but it feels good to have that cold wind and all that on my face again..just like the good old days of young

ello im in dalat now! and the weather here is alot cooler than in hcmc...abt 12 degrees celsius. well it took us almost a whole day to get here stopped by one of the small towns to have lunch with my dad's friend and then all the way here oh and we also stopped by to see a waterfall..nice..haha. fell asleep on the way but woke just in time to see the sign board welcome to dalat..of course it was in vietnamese haha.
okay first thing i bought here was..a hat. yes a hat and i already bought one in hcmc..so that one has saigon on it and this one has da lat on it looks like im going to be back with a whole lot of hats and t-shirts..mMm..
anyway im now in an internet cafe and having ice cream..in this weather whooohoo..haha and i get the chance to check my mail and surf the net again..its great!!! :) okay im going to check friendster now..haha

ive got the red vietnam band tied around my head now and the flag by my side..vietnam lost thailand in football! argh..so sad...i was so happy when they scored an equalizer in the last 3 minutes but that stupid new golden goal rule for extra time..damn it!
anyway its been so difficult to find a cheap internet centre..finally found this place but have to do a fair bit of walking around the back of the hotel and a few streets down to get here..well vietnam is hell of a busy place everyone's on a motorbike..and to cross the road, you gotta step in the middle and slowly inch your way across and theyll avoid you..how cool is that..
visited the war remnants musuem today and the stories and pictures they haave are really saddening--a war which shouldnt have been..the weather here is freaking hot..okay its almost the same as singapores but i travel up to dalat sunday and sinceits the highlands there its supposed to be cool..
damn damn if only vietnam won id be screaming on the streets and trying to fit in with the vietnamese..the tv showed the whole stadium ..quiet when the thai guy scored the golden goal which is soooo sad..but anyway theyll still be riding by my hotel all night long making lotsa patriotic noise but not as much as if theyd won..*deep sigh*...........

sigh..............suddenly don't know what to say now...
just got home and at first i thought my mother was mad at me she refused to pick up all my calls and so i had to cut my day short and rush home...but then..she isn't home! and then i tried calling her mobile phone but she cut my call..sigh then later she called back sounding rather angry and...argh i dunno laaaargh and then suddenly she called back again and didn't sound angry anymore?? hais...i mean i didn't do anything wrong...though i was supposed to be back for dinner early..argh
anyway today i met weifen at ard 1030 at ps to embark on our movie marathon...was feeling a bit anxious that we may not get tix for the show at 1110 and i couldnt book cos i dont have a credit card..so i wanted meet early..and when i got there she hadnt reached..take it asmy second time this year that im early and not late...think the post exam period is doing me good so hopefully i can get rid of my reputation for being late soon...yes so then i realised i only had like 5 bucks with me and tried booking at the stupid axs station cos can pay with nets but the stupid machine only gave the 1520 session to be available so i panicked and ran down 7 storeys to the silly cash machine and then weifen met me there and we went up to book the tickets..and you know what..we had no trouble at all with the stupid seats...so much for rushing and all that rubbish..and we had like 20 mins to spare so we played played the silly ddr which was making so much noise since the silly place was empty at that hour...got a big bag of popcorn hoping that it could last the whole day but it didn't.. and the show lasted sooo long like it really made our lousy $$ worth every cent!! and by the way the show was lotr fellowship of the ring extended version..like all in all 208 mins, so our plan was upset abit we got out at like 1445 and booked the 1450 show for brother bear and that show was like..what 80 mins but the bears were so cuddly and adorable..and there were so many kids chuckling..
so we ended at 1630 and got a mossie burger and i had to go cos i was supposed to meet sarah at JURONG pt originally at four but had to postpone abit..so our glorious plan for a 4 movie marathon was cut to 2..took the mrt down and i almost got lost in the city hall interchange..like taking the silly escalator up and down to find which stupid train was heading in the boon lay direction..i mean i barely take the train right...then i met sarah there and we went shopping..shopping tried this gio jeans that was going at half price but the cutting was so weird so didnt buy it then we made a stop at practically every shop..okay..those that had DISCOUNTz i was actually only looking for shoes and a jacket but ended up looking at everything..hmm then we got to world of sports finally...saw this pair of cat shoes that looked pretty smart and would go with my cargos but looked ard and saw this red pair of elle shoes i wanted to get that for my mom but wasnt too sure abt her foot size..so we marked the shop and decided we'd be back later but of course i never really got a chance to go back bla bla bla...
anyway i finished watching love greeting this morning and managed to catch a couple of hours sleep b4 meeting fen well the ending was kinda...sigh.....for now i think thats it the end of my late nights spent on korean dramas id better get some proper rest before i leave cos i wanna wake up extra early to pack properly i wouldnt want to be doing my usual style of throwing-into-the-bag kind of packing this time to make sure i dont leave out anything impt..well though my mom bought all about eve yesterday for me to watch but im so fed up cos that show doesnt come in korean in any version at all...right i think i'll go grab something to eat now...

ooh clever me got a shot at taking the wheel today to drive! we were in a remote carpark haha...illegal ehs but all i got to do was grab the wheel, touch the accelerator gently and i had the car rev..and that was enough for my mom to freak out so of course that was the end of my adventure..haha well well well one of the items on my christmas wish list this year is to get a rockingchair!!! hahaha that'll be so cool...though my room wouldnt have space for it...hmm ah we've more or less taken out all the xmas decorations and put them up already...but the most ironic thing is that everything but the tree is out...haha well i suppose i'll set it up tomorroww if i feel like it...whoooo 5 more days to the land of the seagames..haha cant wait i hope i can get tickets for a.gym so i can go see youzi..but i wonder if that event is in ho chi minh or hanoi..if its in hanoi...argh too bad i wont be in time to get to see her...ive pretty much been doing some reading up on the place...been flipping through the lonely planet guide its looks a little bit older than before...haha i tend to keep things looking new...hmmm and i guess i now know quite a fair bit on the place...hey you know actually being an armchair traveller really isnt too bad 1)you get to save more energy from moving about and 2)you save money on the airfares!! haha well but i do suppose nothings like seeing the place with yer own eyes ehs...ooh ouch my back is aching...this chair is making me sit so straight cos its so...upright...unlike the sofa in the living room which ive practically made my second bed...all ive been doing is sitting and lying there..(slouching...)..in all kinds of positions...well i have to admit that i am one big fat couch potato..watching korean dramas day and night..except for the times when im at the comp..which is like now..but right afte this i'll be heading straight back to the tv..! and thats a good reason why my eyesight is going...going...well on second thoughts maybe i should go to sleep after this and rest my eyes? was a good girl last night and listened to my mother and slept early..slept at 1 and woke at 9!! argh 8 hours of wasting my time and no korean shows??!! but naaw...think after this i'll still be watching tv after all..im now watching love greeting..bay yong jun and kim ji ho...ooh i tell u the dubbing for the show is real bad..as in really bad...its total silence until somebody opens his/her mouth..so i have no choice but to watch it in korean..in which thereare no eng or china subtitles..so really what am i watching..oh but youll be surprised..i DO understand whats going on!! heeeheee...oh well..mm i wanna watch the last samurai and love actually..

just got back from watching master and commander again!! hahaha wow its great man!! haha oooh is there a sequel to it?? i like mr pulling--if his name's spelt like that...anyway i finally finished watching glass shoes this evening!! super wonderful show man...anyone who hasnt watched it has to watch it now!!! whooo im off to learn the korean language when i get back from vacation...can't wait woohoo!

HEY HEY HEY
the o's are OVER!!! yes yes! hahaha..like finally!!! anyway ive been doing so many things...i practically forgot this blog even existed...until i got on our shared blog..yay ive got so many things i wanna say..but im quite tired now even after an extremely long rest! got home from mandarin yesterday after lunch with my taiwan buncha friends and yuhui and fernie at suntec..around 5. and i headed straight for my bed..and i fell asleep. in my clothes shoes socks..everything! tell u my mom would have killed me if she wasnt feeling so sorry for the tired me...haha anyway yes i fll asleep almost right away until this morning when i woke at abt 9..haha ahhh thank goodness i showered yesterday before leaving the hotel..otherwise id be a freagin stink by now..hahaha ah i dont know where to start...
okay i finished my last paper last last friday in the afternoon man it was really the last of the last papers..we tore up our entryproofs outside the hall..haha ooh earlier in the morning i was still dying when van and i were busy mugging at macs and then weifen and xiao fang were happily pigging out next to us and talking about where they were gonna go..haha..ah yes so when i finished that freaking paper (in which i didn't know how to do one of the essays cos i forgot the stupid guidelines or whatever it was) i went to meet sarahh and walked around just to take a breather...before meeting weifernie and being their housemaids and taking their orders and buying dinner back for them at school..and we met them all on the way and walked all the way to shangrila..oooh haha the rehearsal was so damn funny everyone was wincing at the sound of the music from the song..hahaha and there i was being very thankful..that for the first time in my life being thankful that i had that last exam so i skipped all the previous practices..haaaha. well then after that i went for supper with toni and weifen at wisma where fern wanted to buy her dress...her mom picked out this really nice one but she didnt want it so she bought the toga one..and then we sat down for coleslaw. got a call that my bro was it was reaching so we went up to wait at the taxi stand...but he hadnt reached..so we crossed the road and waited...for like 15 minutes...like really..he was reaching indeed and he called again asking where were we..aand turns out that he had been waiting in the corner for abt 15 minutes too so we were actually waiting for each other..hahaha well the next morning i met celest and fern at city hall mrt and had breakfast at cafe cartel then we crossed the road to church..cathedral cos we were there early to usher...i mean for clara chow's wedding...well there was another wedding on and they were singing one of my favourite songs--here i am to worship...well then pple started coming after that wedding ended...ooh it was quite messy and they even forgot the what you call that..cards? brochureS? ah whatever but i was so nice...haha after the wedding we and we made our way to shang to prepare and (ooh my bro just got home..and he told me sentosa fired him..) to continue we did our performance..and ohhh clara chow's wedding pics are REALLY nice! ah b4 i forget..let me say this..got back and realised hotmail changed its design again?!! now i hafta get used to it again..um anyway after that celestin ditched fern and i so we jsut went out on our own..the 2 of us..let me see ahh we walked ard ps checked out the show times but none suitable so we went oppto play pool ooh we took photos with love 2 diff ones with me and fen at diff positions to superimpose and print out for her wedding..haha man we waited for more than an hour for the stupid billiard table thinking we'll get it sooner but those guys just played and played on so we took the silly pool table later which we got so much faster by then we were so freagin hungry we played a grand total of 3 games and left..so much for waiting so long..we had a rice burger each and went home..haha
sunday i was 15 minutes late for church argh but anyway then had breakfast at sentosa beach delifrance haha with the monorail right on top of us..okay not really on top..but real near..then after that i went to meet yilin whui and sarah at ps..again..what rubbish did we do?? just hung around...we went back to far east and took a silly neoprint wo sarah cos she was going for her nanhua dinner or something at Neptune..watch you know what..haha..well then we jsut sat at long johns forever and talked alot..of rubbish..monday we had to go back to school to get back our report books and stuff for the silly pae and they still hadnt removed that silly time for our exam on friday..it was still on the board..haha. well then i went out with me nanyang frens..yilin choon synyi bernice mel char got dragged to novena square cos synyi wanted to get her dress..haha nothing was open there and we didnt wanna eat fast food so we had fish and co and we just kept ordering all the fishies..i mean like duh..haha what i think the bill came up to almost a hundred..for a few silly mouthfuls of fish...wanted to go up to visit the spa later but didnt have time we went back to orchard..wait i cant remember what we did ah yes we went to ps..AGAIN and walked ard ard ard that was left with us choon yilin we were so bored we went to get extensions and then kenneth came to meet us..yilin wento buy a shirt choon bought pants and i didnt buy anything..phew thought i wanted to buy both yilins shirt and choons pants..haha
on tues i spent the entire morning watching glass shoes which btw i started watching on friday night...and in the afternoon i went to meet fern and i got a silly second hole which i just removed the stud yesterday cos i got sick of it oh my gosh the stud was so freaking fat i hope the hole can still close..ah then we watched the matrix revolutions and surprisingly the cinema was still quite packed tho the shows quite old already..but the weird thing was that the whole row of seats next to me about 5 seats were empty so in the middle we were freezing our asses off and i just lifted up all the arm rests and stretched my legs out..haha ooh the show was so mushyyyy esp when trinity died and neo was still whining away while back in zion or wherever they were depeneding on him to end the war to live and there he was wasting time..and oh..my macho guy i came to like in that show died too..hahaa whoops did this entry have a spoiler warning?>anyway what did we do after that..ahh i went to buy cloth from spotlight to make my top for prom..and this silly piece that cost me 15bucks for just one metre which i ended up not even using..well i bought it just cosit was from korea..haha darn ah yes i met my mom after that for dinner shopped ard abit more and then went home to watch guess waht again...haha ah on wed i got up late and starting throwing stuff into my bag..which is what i call packing..took an express bus all the way to kallang then took the mrt to tanah merah to meet them..but i was like 3o mins late and so they missed the bus..i mean we missed the bus waited one whole hour for the silly shuttle and almost couldnt get on cos there was this other bunch of girls heading for the same chalet...well later we checked in and fern and i were singing our heads off into the microphones and i finally learnt how to play majong from my now shifu celestine!haha so if i grow up to become a gambler i know who to look for..wellthen we went back to bedok to shop for groceries at the supermart and on the way we walked through these shops selling all kinds of food under some big tent ooh it so remindedd me of the good times in taiwan with all the stores by the roadside so i bought some food and an egg..hahaha yin came to meet us and on the way back there was this horrible stench and later realised it was durian..never realised it smelt that bad!! haha okay what in the night weifen and i got our heads wrapped in towels and all that stuff with the dye and all and played majong...felt like a classic taitai like those you always hear about ehs??haha that night after that was one of the first nights i got more than3 hrs sleep i suppose but anyway you know when youve been sleeping so little you cant really sleep? so i couldnt sleep anymore and woke up at 7 and socky was already awake!! haha we jsut sat there munching fun buns and watching the tele pple started waking up and we played majong again..haha its so addictive and then we found 2 little kittens and named them dy and dx the brown one was dy cos it was always crawling on top of dx..haha they were being abused by some kidos outside and their eyes werent even open yet and the kids had already touched them all over..high chance that the mother wouldnt want them otherwise she would prob have come back for them..anyway so i got a little advice from my aunt to feed them with dilute condensed milk..we went bowling later and met this posed mg girl and how did we know that..she was wearing mg shorts..haha..well i went kayaking with fern and yuhui later and we were jsut lying in the middle of the sea on our single kayaks and let the sea push us out further and furhter...haha and we woke to realise we were really quite far out but were comforted when we saw some sailors eeven further out..haha ah but then we started itching all over so we got yuhui to hold our kayaks while 2 of us jumped into the water...actually fearing what was in that deep sea water..but we got out alive anyway..then....black clouds formed above us really fast and it started to rain and hello we were so far out we panicked and kayaked for our livesss!! the wind was so strong and blowing against us and so were the silly waves..and we had to take turns using the silly left hand oar the guy gave us by mistake..and anwyay by the time we gotwithin like 50m of the place the silly clouds had been blown away and it was only drizzling..hahaha but anyway we got out and returned the jackets and since the silly sign on the toilet said for members only we were showering in the open with the hose that was supposed to be used for washing the life jackets..and when that silly guy who refused to help us carry the kayaks saw us he went oh for goodness sake pleaseuse the toiletss! haha sowe didand we walked back to safra dripping wet oh we saw a bride taking pictures..haha and they so got chased out of the place..haha we had the bbq later and played majong with julie koh..haha twice..tintin and fernie gamed..hahaooh and i created something new...barbequed eggs!! haha i cracked the egg on a piece of foil and put it over the fire..haha..watched the bachelor and mind your lang found out that barry evans already passed away..man..anyway im so glad andrew picked jen...haha and she was so soo cute...she totally didnt expect to be the one..haha and she was thrilled when he proposed..haha..
played majong till bout 3 with tin tin knocked out on the chair next to the noisy majong table and toni asleep too on the couch then we went up to the bedroom and just sat and talked about food and were wondering where we could possibly get food at such an hour..haha wenqing suggested macs at kallang which was stupid..haha so in the end we hired to cabs and got a ride our to changi airport at 4..with van celest sock charlina yinyin wenqing..haha yuhui toni and fernie stil snoring in the chalet..haha ooh we paid like 20+bucks for that short ride...had breakfast at bk and saw this group of clementi sec school pple and i thought they were goonna fly so i talked to them and found out that they were there for games...games at that unearthly hour??!! hahaha...so after eating we were all so damned drowsy and went up to the viewing hall and just sat there again..a couple of backpackers were there sleeping also so i joined them in lala land..woke at half past 5 and the sky was lightening but went back to sleep and woke at 6..and we took the skytrain over to terminal 2..haha and had a cup of peppermint tea at starbucks..but that lovely comfy armchair felt sooo good compared to the cold hard floor at the viewing gallery that i fell asleep again..haha and woke at bout 7 i think drank up my tea saw a couple of ny girls in fbts!! werent they cold but anyway i recognised one of them as my ping pong team mate from nyps..and charli bunnys driver came at about 9..toni and yuhui and fen were already awake and dy and dx had made it through the night then we packed up and checked out..and took a train back...got home and watched my korean showw again but fell asleep on the sofa..hahawoke about an hour later and i cant remember what i did...ah yes i had dinner with my family..first time in a very long time..
the next day i did lotsa shopping with my mom!! haha went to raffles city ooh had lunch at cafecartel first to stock up energy..hahaha...went to marks and spencer bought christmas cards though it wasnt meant to be a day for christmas shopping my mom bought some denim skirt i wanted this knitted shirt top but it was pink and too bright..plus according to my mom she said i alredy had one like it..then we walked ard and did a lot of rubbish here and there sat down for a cup of hot coffee and i had a latte and i got some cash back from my mom and put it into my bank..there were these 2 girls in the line in front of me who were marvelling at the cash deposit machine the took so damn long i was rather pissed but since i was there it meant that i was no longer broke..id spent 200bucks in a week!! and i wonder really on what rubbish..probably food i supposed..haha..later at robinsons and saw some other girls buying dresses prob for prom haha but i didnt get any dress in the end...on sun we had breakfast at hans and then sent my dad off at the airport and my bro couldnt get out of the carpark because the lousy ticket couldnt be read..so they just kindly let us out without the silly ticket..haha and he sent himself to sentosa and then my mom drove instead and sent me to mandarin to check in. glory oh glory i was early for the first time!! was so surprised and rather worried when i reached and didnt see anyone i was supposed to meet..haha we checked in got a room on the 22 storey whooo and had lunch at marche...later much to my horror i realised id forgotten to bring sooo many things because i did my throw into the bag packing again that morning cos i was late for church again...i forgot to bring: a bag, shoes, earrings, towel, toothpaste, a backup top, charger...lots more but what was super horrifying were those that i needed for the dinner itself..so we shopped and i bought shoes and earrings and why how on earth did i come to owe celest 20 bucks..but anyway we still decided to watch a show that night...and i didnt even get to experience using my ezlink card to pay for the ticket at cine cos even my poor ezlink was out of money..we got back and i took out the cloth intending to start working on the top i had meant to start on earlier...but ended up watching tv..rush hour with van while celest fern and charlina went out to get dinner...later we went for our show and weifen was whining how comfortable she was under the bed covers and wish she hadnt bought hte show tickets..haha we went..MAster in commander i think thats what the show was called..well it was AWESOME!!! so cool it managed to pull me back from sleep twice!! i dozed off when they talked but the canons just kept waking me up and once i woke my eyes were just glued to the screen and i was just pinned to the seat though i was freezing and the seats couldnt provide much insulation..so the cold and the excitement from the show made me shiver throughout...hahaha...well we got back and i really have no idea what we did but again i managed to get i think 5 hours sleep i think
woke up and went for breakfast at delifrance and had to go for the pagaent rehearsal then after that we waited for like 45 mins for the housekeeping pple to bring a bath towel it was so ridiculous van called them up and said exactly that..hahaa then we went to her mom's salon and did our hair...and esp for me she just did some really crazy thing haha i got the beads and braids i wanted..we hailed a cab back and by 6 id only started panicking cos my top was still ...non-existant..haha ooh and i ended up just weaing one of the skirts i bough the other day...anyway i was still without a top and mdm yeo came into our room!!! well she was jsut there to shower so anyway i jsut wrapped myself with the cloth i had and draped the shiny one over and tied a knot to keep it there...haha and that was it..my creation in just 15 minutes..hahaha...sewed on press starts and pinned the fabric underneath to make sure it wouldnt fall off..esp on stage..haha then choon hwee came up in her yellow star out fit to rehearse but i had to go down..well i was running up and down from the room to the lobby, lobby to ballroom back and forth..met my bro and friends...he got me the oranges i needed for my performance..haha and a flower..so sweet ehs..cough cough..anyway met so many people tt laughed at me..haha and i just covered my face..how embarrassing...i mean if whoever was in what i was...would have felt the same i guess..looked a lot like batman or dracula...totally not according to the silly starry starry night theme like i meant it to be...later i went up to get van's stuff cos she was really late and i was waiting in the lobby with yuxuan that i met she just got back from turkey..haha well we were just standing ard..btw yuxuan looked great man..hhaha...well i saw a couple of sec 3s who crashed and i wondered why i never even thought of paying my seniors a visit last year...haha...and later at the ballroom i saw huiqing aand the sec 3 choir pple who were there to perform...oh my gosh guess what...they got us to take the sec 4 class chair photo as we were...my gosh...its gonna be in the yearbook..i shall forever need to hide my face..anyway later they had these free glamour shots by the side..so weifen and i went to get ours done..and collected it at suntec yesterday..haha...well my performance was horridd..hahaha well i did it with choon of course..but i was stuffing myself for the first time that night the food was great..even the *sniffs* cruel sharksfin which i felt so guilty eating..yes anyway i was still stuffing myself when they called my name for the silly question and answer session...and there i was not listening and they said my name again and i ran all the way backstage and up the stage..without my shoes...then it was choon's turn, and then we did our variety show item--rap, juggling, q&a, and corny joke.and we wished the judges gong xifa cai with the oranges we juggled and ran off..hahaha...dangs we did jsut that...we settled on what to do just abt 10 mins before the actual performance okay...haha..took a whole lot of pictures...and then after everything went back to our room...hung ard abit..and i could get a shirt on because of my hair so of course i went to wash everything off but it was so hard i lost so much hair..i mean not like i havent already been losing enough hair...im gonna go bald soon man...finally got everything off except for the braids and beads which i still have on...and then got into normal clothes...and we went down for swensons at abt 3..had fries and a banana split..then my 205 gang came along...ooh they were celebrating shona's bday so i went over to their table...haha well well btw yuxuan and i were wearing our bedroom slippers from the hotel...haha and we walked over to cheers at cine and the floor was wet i think they prob just washed it, and both of us went whoa and slipped together and that was unintentional if u please..but thank goodness whoever was behind us caught us..hahaha...bought my beloved milk or wasthat the night before..haha ah yes saw virginia..she came too..haha...ooh yes and i saw stars again..the first time in a long time was at the chalet...i guess i cant see any from my place and anywhere these days cos theyre always drowned out by the city lights...and we went up and pigged out and i downed the silly tiger i used for the performance and 3 little piggies were on the bedS so we had no space for the rest and 11 storeys down eug ong and yuhui fell asleep so toni angela and yuxuan were locked out..angela as usual ran around in her nightie without her..ahem and went some other friends room while toni and xuan joined us...we were on the floor and i was trying to pull the bed covers from the bed next to me all night..haha all i know is that i was freezing...haha...well then the next morning we checked out and put our stuff in angela's room...had brunch over at taka and then fern me and xuan got our stuff from the hotel and alll of us went to suntec for a second round..lunch. fernie and i were eating from all the sample booths at carrefour..haha i got an oreo cheesecake from sweet recipes and we sat down in a corner and ate our buys we collected out glam shots and then i went home...but made a stop at the esplanade lib first to look for theres no biz like show biz scores..haha forgot to see if they had any new dvds in their catalogue...hmmm i think the rest went to kbox to sing...yup i got home and fell asleep right away until this morning...such a pity that i wore the bedroom slippers from the hotel out onto the streets and everywhere..otherwise i could have used them...and not need to buy a new pair..haha..oh well i need to decorate my room for christmas already!! its only 22 more days and im leaving in a week so that leaves me with so little time..plus i still wanna do up an album for last years taiwan trip...haha ooh and i wanna go watch my korean show now..haha..its a miracle ive done without it for 3 days now..i foresee im going to cry alot im already onto the fifth disc from the end..i was crying on the first disc already and the second too so i supposed one can imagine how immensely sad this show is...and i should try and control myself..my eyesight is going..the other day i turned on the teletext to check the showtimes and i was shocked that it was blurred!! well well...maybe i should wear my glasses when i watch tv then?? but then i think im becoming long sighted too cos im having trouble reading my books and all..im quite sure all this trouble with my eyes wasnt caused by the long hours at the comp (which i havent been at for a long time) and long hours of tv, but from the long hours of studying..!! argh...haha..okay im off to crying-watching time...
